On 30th of November 2018 Prima Management Services (Private) Limited successfully launched the Sales Force Automation – Cross Platform solution developed in-house that has been targeted at Small and Medium Entrepreneurs worldwide.

The solution can be purchased online and has been powered with a Web based admin panel and a common Mobile Application that can be accessible via all three main mobile platforms as Windows, Android and iOS.

The Web based admin panel supports core features such as retailer management, invoicing, returns and exchanges, inventory management, target analysis, order management and sales monitoring.

The Mobile front end application facilitates invoicing, outstanding collections, pre-order processing, stock monitoring, retailer management, competitor analysis, capturing expenses and ad-hoc synchronization.

The solution is accompanied with an online dashboard which allows the administrative staff to monitor the details such as sales rep performance, customer coverage, mobile database growth etc.
