Prima Management proudly presented the Sales Force Automation solution developed in-house based on Windows Operating System on 25th of November 2013. The solution consisted of a web based admin panel and a Windows App that can be installed on a Windows Mobile Phone.
The target audience of the web based admin panel would be the company staff members and distributors. Windows App is used by field sales staff.
The combined solution facilitates retailer management, invoicing, returns and exchanges, inventory management, target analysis, order management and sales monitoring at the back end and invoicing, outstanding collections, pre-order processing, stock monitoring, retailer management, competitor analysis, capturing expenses and ad-hoc synchronization at the front end. It also provides a dashboard to monitor sales rep performance, customer coverage, mobile database growth etc online.
